Job role

Utilize the experience of working within the Allianz test team and professional testing qualifications (where applicable) to actively manage user acceptance testing as required during the request lifecycle.

What will you do

• Run functional tests/ Manual Non-Regression tests/E2E tests of applications of a specific business domain
• Contribute to the drafting of Test Cases, when the Test Leader consider it necessary/possible
• Run the assigned test cases following the defined test script
• Describe in detail the test case outputs ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Ensure that the test results are correctly loaded on the tool used (TFS or JIRA)
• Identify borderline situation that may lead to a different test result
• Report to the Test Leader possible improvements to test cases
• Inform the Test Leader of any deviations between the test script and the behavior of the software so that the test can be modified
• Ensure the necessary information to the Test Leader in order to monitor activities

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Business Engineering / Business Technology) or in
  - related technology (BCA/MCA/MS)
• Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage
• Testing tools – Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable
• Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory
• ACM Fellow certified (for internal employees)
• Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization
• Fluently in Italian language (written and spoken) for communication with team members of AZ Italy
• Fluently in English language (written and spoken)

• Insurance competencies: Priority is given to previous insurance knowledges in one or more areas among those wanted (Motor, Non-Motor, Life, Claims, Banking insurance, Technical accounting.
