Business Analyst

Salary: 8. 000 - 12. 000 RON net per month

Requirements:

Solid experience with databases (SQL).
Knowledge of using APIs, web services or other types of interfaces between applications. Familiar with Agile working methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience in manual functional testing (Xray).
Knowledge of Bruno/Postman (API testing) and Swagger (API documentation).
Excellent communication, collaboration and knowledge transfer skills.
Attention to detail and quality orientation.
Advanced knowledge of English; French is an asset.
Minimum 5 years experience as Business Analyst in Agile projects.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Product Owner to define, clarify and prioritize backlog items.
Writes and details User Stories, ensuring they are sufficiently granular for deployment in a sprint
Contributes to backlog optimization and proposes adjustments based on perceived value.
Ensures the backlog is transparent, clear and accessible to all team members. Clarifies any User Story at the request of the development team during sprints.
Actively participates in Agile events and contributes to the testing of developed functionality.
Evaluates the quality of previous and current deliverables, identifying possible regression issues.
