Performance Reviews: Play a key role in business and performance reviews, conducting analyses to identify opportunities. Prioritize and recommend strategic initiatives based on insights derived from performance evaluations. Define and Monitor Performance Metrics: Lead the definition and monitoring of KPIs for Sales and Marketing. Regularly report progress to leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with
- functional teams to capture evolving business requirements. Lead the development of new reporting metrics and KPIs for key operational meetings. - backed recommendations. Your Skills and Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a Business Insights/Data Analytics role. Strong business acumen, analytical and

- making abilities. Proven ability to influence and negotiate priorities across diverse teams. Demonstrated program/project management expertise. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI; familiarity with other BI tools and is advantageous. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
