CRM Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Track the results of CRM campaigns, including send activity and bonus outcomes, and provide performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of implemented campaigns.
• Lead the segmentation process for CRM campaigns on our i
Gaming platform (casino and betting).
• Develop audience segmentation strategies using diverse data sources and collaborate with CRM colleagues.
• Create segments to optimize message timing, frequency, and offers.
• Identify required segments based on specific objectives and KPI targets, such as retention and deposit increase, and communicate briefs to CRM and marketing teams.
• Assist in key decisions for optimizing database segmentation effectiveness.
• Devise and implement customer segmentation strategies for personalized communications.
• Identify segments with potential to boost targeted KPIs by analyzing player activity and preferences.
• Collaborate with the Promotions Officer to customize campaigns/offers based on customer preferences.
• Monitor campaign results, optimize segments, and identify efficient and ineffective segments, adjusting as needed.
• Track customer satisfaction, churn, and loyalty metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the Promotions Officer to analyze processes.
• Identify new platform opportunities to enhance segmentation capabilities.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in CRM or data operations and analytics.
• Experience in CRM within the i
Gaming industry is advantageous.
• Fluent in English.
• Highly organized with a dedication to optimization.
• Proficient with MS Office software, particularly MS Excel, and skilled in data manipulation.
• Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing customer data.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proven track record in data analysis and interpretation.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalized marketing practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic business environment.
