• 4–7+ years of software development experience.

• Take full ownership of the ongoing projects and their technical direction.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 junior developers.
• Contribute hands-on to both backend (Node. js, MongoDB) and frontend (React) development.
• Ensure high-quality code, perform code reviews, and resolve critical bugs.
• Propose innovative solutions to scale and improve both platforms.
• Collaborate with the CEO and product team on roadmap and new features.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CTO/Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong leadership skills to take ownership of two key products currently in development:
• A dashboard for account and financial management.
• A virtual business cards platform, integrated via API with partners.
You will lead a team of 3 junior developers who have already contributed to building these platforms. The role demands a strong technical leader to guide them, ensure quality, and drive the projects to their best version.
