The Supply Planning role is to ensure excellence in execution of Finished Goods Sourcing & Replenishment:
• Conducting inter - company sourcing and manage inventory levels of the agreed product group to ensure product availability in the right quantity, at the right time and with the right freshness.
• Achieving cost and time efficient sourcing strategy according to the Business plan of the company
• Supplying sufficient stock into the local distribution network to meet customer orders and any dependent demand needs in order to deliver sales plans, customer service, profit and inventory through high levels of product availability at optimized cost.
How you will contribute
You will:
- life risk, minimize cost impact and maximize availability while achieving optimal inventory levels for assigned products.
- time data submission for weekly replenishment cycle:Regularly keep track of production plans/allocations for assigned product category per plant and initiate corrections if necessary, (production plan vs. forecast). Ensure the KPI reports, and tasks are submitted on time in order to highlight potential challenges and also to help having a smooth flow of communication within the CS&LConstantly control and improve tools, reports and processes.
- hoc supply related reports for local relevant stakeholders
