As an Employer Branding Specialist at Ericsson, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and execute communication strategies aligned with our business objectives. If you're passionate about attracting top talent and driving the forefront of Talent Acquisition, this opportunity is for you. You'll collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team and business units to drive branding strategies across various projects, including Analytics, Employer Branding, University Hiring, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
You will:
• Collaborate with Business Units and Global Delivery Units to develop website content, videos, case studies, infographics, and other collateral to enhance our employer brand.
• Design and implement a
- term branding strategy to increase awareness in a competitive market.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy in collaboration with Ericsson global teams.
• Create and advise on creative executions to deliver consistent, targeted, and impactful messages to employees.
• Conceptualize and execute digital campaigns through email series, webinars, and insightful emails to improve subject knowledge and brand visibility.
• Develop candidate enhancement propositions for Ericsson.
• Implement communication strategies and brand building exercises through storytelling, blog writing, content creation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Launch employee contests to drive engagement and strengthen our employer brand.
• Explore innovative ways to enhance Team Ericsson's brand presence.
To be successful in the role you must have:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in employee communication and brand strategy.
• Strong understanding of visual communication, value propositions, and insights work.
• More focus on social media strategy
• Ability to drive and implement successful projects.
• Knowledge of market trends and best practices.
• Expertise in social media management and user experience in job postings.
• Global approach and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
• Proven experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or related areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills across departments.
• Experience with social media management.
