Founding Engineer

Salary: 10. 000 - 15. 000 RON net per month

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience, post-graduation, with specialties in back-end systems (Python where future of the code stack is)
• Langraph and Langchain experience
• Extensive experience in software development and a deep understanding of distributed systems and public cloud platforms
• A track record of independent ownership of successful engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working fluently with standard containerization & deployment technologies.
• Experience with NoSQL and structured databases.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and CI/CD tooling.

• Drive the design and implementation of our foundational platforms and systems to develop tools that integrate natively with our Sales Agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Develop containerized applications using Docker, ensuring a streamlined deployment and testing process.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment, ensuring rapid development cycles and high code quality.
• Proactively identify opportunities for, and drive improvements to, current programming practices, including process enhancements and tool upgrades.
• Present technical information to teams and stakeholders, providing guidance and insight on development processes and technologies.

Olivia creates the user’s ICP, prospects with her database of over 270M contacts, conducts lead research, crafts & sends highly bespoke email sequences, and books meetings into sales reps’ calendars.
