Requirements:- Full-Time Backend Developer (PHP, React, MySQL, Zoho CRM Experience a Plus) – US Eastern Time Zone
- We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Backend Developer to join our team full-time. Our environment is fast-paced and dynamic, so we need someone who is a quick learner, works efficiently, and meets deadlines consistently.

- Requirements:
- ✅ Strong backend development skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript
- ✅ Experience with React (for frontend integration)
- ✅ Familiarity with Zoho CRM (big advantage)
- ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✅ Fluent English (for clear communication)
- ✅ Reliable internet connection and electricity
- ✅ Must be available Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM US Eastern Time
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript
- Build and optimize REST APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications
- Collaborate with the team to implement new features and fix issues in a timely manner
- Work with Zoho CRM for integrations, automation, and customization (if applicable)
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner
