About the role: • Be an active supporter and
- creator of the continuous improvement and evolution of the People & Purpose organization and play a central role within the business Leadership Team • Partner with the business to deliver a
- class people strategy, which is consistent with the ambition to make us the number one destination for an advisory and consulting career• Coordinate stakeholder relationships and implement programs and systems, in partnership with HR COE's, that enhances business strategy (Business/Market Intelligence, Performance Experience, Total Rewards, Culture/ Purpose, Leadership Development, Career Growth/ Pathways, Communities, Events& Gatherings, Internal communication)• Commit to deeply understanding Firm business context, commercial performance and strategy• Lead the process of undertaking analysis and creating insights (e. g. recruitment, tenure, attrition, development, engagement, etc. )• Partner to create a culture of innovation where ideas for business growth are encouraged• Lead and champion the talent agenda to develop and retain the highest caliber people through enhancing our coaching culture, learning offering, transparent performance management, reward incentives and compelling career experiences and development opportunities• Coach, support, inform, and mentor the stakeholders in relation to HR procedures, processes, and policies.
