Your future responsibilities

Implement and maintain IT infrastructure within manufacturingprocesses

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windowsoperative systems

Basic hardware setup and maintenance

Troubleshoot system and network problems

Development and implementation of MES (Manufacturing
Execution Systems) in collaboration with the functional departments

Link between IT and production in the field of factoryautomation and control systems

The job involves heterogeneous requirements concerning standarduser support and network management, along with management of databases and
Microsoft-based programs linked to the production processes;

Daily
- user support: receive user requests, initiate anddocument incident management, support users in problem solving (hardware orsoftware faults)

Providing support for Windows, Linux and Microsoft-basedprograms

Providing the required level of security and compliance forservers and workstations; Cybersecurity awareness

Developing internal tools and scripts

Identify opportunities to optimize current businessprocesses, recommend possible solutions and undertake improvement projects;

Identifying and evaluating automation opportunities in thecurrent manufacturing setup

Collaborating with 3rd party vendors and system integratorsfor automation solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.

Your profile

University degree with a focus on IT, Electrical
Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

3+ years of IT professional experience in the field ofproduction, supply chain or ERP desirable

Good knowledge of databases / SQL

Experience with database software using Docker Containers

Knowledge of
- related programming languages (C/C++, PLM, PLC programming) is an advantage

Experience with integrated Trumpf products (intelligentnetworked factory)

Experience with virtualization clients

Experience with or curiosity about production processes andautomation technologies

Analytical thinking and enjoyment of communication with thespecialist departments

Understanding of control systemsintegration and experience with Siemens S7 PLCs, Win
CC SCADA, HMIs, MES, IIOT, and key Industry 4. 0 objectives.

Good spoken and written command of English. German is anadvantage

Excellent communication skills, problem solving orientation andability to manage priorities;

Team player, along with ability to work independently
