For our partner, a company specializing in the development of innovative cybersecurity software solutions, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Bucharest.
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles, with experience working on and supporting IT-related projects;
- Technical knowledge and experience, with the ability to understand general IT concepts such as operating systems, networking, and firewalls;
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Security and cloud certifications, as well as CCNA certification, are considered an advantage but are not mandatory;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Attention to detail, with a customer - and results - oriented approach;
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT projects, overseeing technical teams, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders;
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable project plans;
- Define, adapt, and implement project management methodologies, processes, and documentation;
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives;
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success;
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, organizing meetings, workshops, status updates, and project reporting;
- Manage project deliverables, requirements, acceptance processes, and quality assurance activities;
- Coordinate procurement activities, vendor selection, contract management, and third-party relationships;
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulations;
- Support team development by providing guidance, performance feedback, and identifying training and growth opportunities.
