X. ai is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As an IT TA Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.

- hire and ensuring we attract top talent.
By building a robust talent pipeline, you will contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals for our R&D positions, working closely with the rest of the recruiting team.
This is what you will be contributing to:
- Engage talent — Identify the right people, get them engaged, and manage the full hiring process
- Build solid relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner to build healthy pipelines of stellar candidates and fill current openings
- Help the TA team to craft and enhance a consistent and extraordinary candidate experience
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Schedule calls and interviews, and other operational activities
- Manage calendars for the hiring teams and candidates
- Manage the candidates database
- Work with Talent Team in developing Talent Acquisition strategies and projects
- Be a passionate Flow
X. AI brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment. You will help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline
Experience & skill set you need to succeed:
- Proven work experience as a Sourcer/ Talent Coordinator/ Recruiter.
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Tech-savvy, demonstrable experience recruiting for a
- paced company, ideally for a software company. - Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions.
- Knowledge of ATS tools and recruiting technologies.
- BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field.
