Junior Financial Controller
Job Purpose: You will be part of the Finance team and will have regular interactions with the business units managers. Your role will be to contribute to monthly, quarterly, yearly, and
- hoc reporting and the annual budget. You will work with the Business Unit Managers to set up reporting, cost forecasting, and action plans. Keep an eye on the budgeting procedures to ensure they are in line with business and accounting standards. What will you do: Prepare reports, financial data consolidation; Learn to perform financial data analysis in the context of company business to identify results, trends and financial forecasts; Controlling and reporting on software implementation contracts and projects profitability; You will contribute to the Implementation of new operational processes to improve data accuracy and completeness; Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data provided by operational teams; Collaborate with the Accounting department to understand the budgets and monitor the actual financial situation; Operate according to company’s guidelines, contribute to the continuous improvement initiative regarding internal processes and policies, best practices and standards together with our support team; Communicate with different stakeholders on results. What you need to succeed: Skills in the following domains: University degree in Finance / Accounting; 6 months -1 year of experience in finance, ideally gained in financial controlling in an international company or in audit; Strong communication (verbal and written) skills to effectively translate concepts and information; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel; Very organized and autonomous; Detailed oriented, critical thinking,
