About the Role
Essity Romania is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for Consumer Goods division in Pharma Channel. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for leading the development of Intimate Hygiene portfolio in pharmacies, with the aim of achieving the most effective sales results, maximize sales volume, distribution and profitability, according to strategy and targets.
What You Will Do
Develop and lead the implementation of Intimate Hygiene strategy and action plans for Pharma channel including
- commerce.
Prepare customer plans in cooperation with all other functions involved.
Lead the negotiations with Pharma trade partners and distributors.
Lead, motivate and develop the Pharma sales team by coaching and ensuring training resources.
Propose Sales Incentive programs for own sales team and distributors.
Actively contribute to the optimization of the commercial policy and trade terms for Pharma.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the Pharma channel development and competitors’ activities.
Implement proactive actions for achieving the targets.
Identify opportunities, propose and implement action plans for institutions and tenders (B2G)
Managing Intimate Hygiene Pharma budget, including forecasting.
Who You Are
University degree or equivalent
Min. 5 years of business/sales development experience
Min. 2 years of people management experience
Solid knowledge of the Pharmacy market is required
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of commercial and pricing principles
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting principles, ability to understand P&L
Strong analytical skills
Proven leadership skills
Excellent team player and ability to work
- functionally
Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Fluent English is a must
Proficient with MS-Office in the MS-Windows software, Excel pivot table, PPT, Outlook
Valid driver’s license and must meet Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards
