As SAP Lead, you will:

• Lead the S/4HANA transformation, driving process harmonization and
  -
  - standard implementations
• Build and lead the SAP team, defining sourcing strategies, mentoring consultants, and planning capacity
• Ensure operational excellence, managing rollouts, data migrations, testing, and stable system operations
• Own and govern the SAP portfolio, ensuring alignment with best practices and
  - core principles
• Collaborate with stakeholders, aligning SAP capabilities with business needs across functions and countries
• Manage external partners, define SLAs, and oversee performance to ensure delivery quality
• Support local teams, providing expert guidance, training, and process consistency across geographies

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience, with strong
  - on expertise in S/4HANA
• Deep knowledge of at least two core modules, such as SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO, or PP
• End-to-end process understanding across O2C, P2P, Plan-to-Produce, and R2R
• Proven leadership in multiple S/4HANA implementations or rollouts
• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud transformations, ideally public edition (RISE) or hybrid/two-tier setups
• Exposure to retail, omnichannel, or CPG environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Fiori, Embedded Analytics, BTP extensions, and integration scenarios (CPI/EDI)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Business-fluent English; additional languages are a bonus
