The Senior AR Analyst is responsible for performing work activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Small Loans and investment management (analysis, drawdowns, reporting) in accordance with internal procedures and way of working and in full compliance with process empowerment levels; 
• Ensures timely payments reconciliation/ application / customer clearing; ensures timely coverage for all order to cash processes: Cash app
• BS reconciliation and variances validation for relevant GL A/R accounts; 
• Price and quantity adjustments management, ensures timely processing of all invoicing requests (debit or credit memos) as per agreed timelines and business needs; 
• Maintain and update SOP/QRG as per agreed approval flows.  
   

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

Required: 

• Language Skills: English & French B1-B2 
• Experience with SAP ERP system
• Basic financial knowledge
• Computer skills, including and Microsoft Office; Excel intermediate;
• Organized person; strong communication skills with stakeholders
   

Preferred: 

• Relevant knowledge for OTC process 
• Stakeholder experience
