Job Description

We are looking for a committed colleague, passionate about technology and eager to be part of a dynamic international team. You will work both on our SAAS solution and directly on customer systems (WMS/GLS), in close collaboration with the teams in France. This is a key role in maintaining and developing our
- notch logistics solutions.

• Experience with WMS, GLS, sql
  Editor, IV2, CQ
• Good knowledge of software development and maintenance
• Advanced level of French (mandatory)
• Good level of English (mandatory)
• Analytical thinking, synthesis capacity
• Team spirit, responsibility, adaptability
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
• Availability for shift work (after the probationary period)

Requirements

• Providing technical support (all levels) and incident analysis in production
• Developing small functionalities (1-5 days) and bug fixes for WMS and GLS
• Ticket analysis, case reproduction, reading logs/debugs
• Active communication with external teams and involvement in international projects
• Testing, QA and full validation before delivery
