PTC’s business continuously evolves to bring product innovation and customer value to the marketplace. You will work directly with customers as well as the entire PTC ecosystem to secure
- time renewals and revenue. You will have the opportunity to support programs and offerings with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and increase renewal rates.
Your team:
The Subscription Management Organization is accountable for executing strategies to maximize customer retention and expansion revenue. The primary responsibilities of subscription managers include managing a portfolio of customers, engaging with them well in advance of their contract expiration to understand their business needs, ensuring timely renewal, tailoring communication based on the unique requirements and characteristics of each client segment, and maximizing opportunities for growth through the latest renewal campaigns. Cross-functional collaboration across PTC is also crucial for the success of this role.
Day-To-Day:
- Meet or exceed the desired perpetual and subscription renewal targets.
- Achieve these targets by renewing contracts with existing PTC customers and ensuring they have what they need to be successful with our products.
- Build and maintain relationships with Customers, PTC Software Sales Representatives, and other members of the PTC ecosystem to ensure a successful subscription implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Drive programs and offerings to increase value for the customer and PTC.
- Leverage the PTC ecosystem to ensure optimal satisfaction levels for PTC customers throughout the entire renewal journey.
- Confidently communicate PTC’s vision throughout the entire customer organization chart.
- Act as liaison between the stakeholder(s) and other business units to ensure completion of renewals.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional Competencies in Account Management, Objection Handling, Negotiation, Renewal and Retention Strategies.
- Adaptable to
- changing business needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to details
- Drive & motivation: ambition, discipline, proactiveness and energy
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Salesforce.com opportunity management is preferred
