Requirements:- We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be the key person in analyze and implementation the medical software products on our customers.
- Requirements:
- Good understanding of windows operating systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Good knowledge of working with computer peripherals, networks, internet.
- Good knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Responsibilities:
- You will need to learn company software and use your skills to implement some custom solutions in operating system and SQL databases.
- Very good understanding the customer specific workflow.
- Diagnose and fix tickets that are reported by our clients.
