Technical Operation Analyst

As our  Technical Operation Analyst:

?  

You will: 

• Analyze the technical platform requirements of the sales channels, including technical documentation;
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development requests (checklists);
• Analyze the integration options in the aspects of order management and inventory updates;
• Choose the optimal integration methods in liaison with the other members of the order management department;
• Provide support to the development teams involved in the integration;
• Research the market for best practices and future solutions.

We Ask:

• Minimum 2-3 year of relevant work experience;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of
  - commerce is preferable;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power
  Point);
• Experience with Postman, Soap
  UI, Insomnia or similar applications;
• API / EDI / Payloads in JSON format, programming language (any).
