Unity Developer (C#)

Salary: 6. 000 - 11. 000 RON net per month

Requirements:

We’re looking for a Unity Developer who is passionate about game development, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that brings bold ideas to life.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement game functionality using Unity and C#.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend engineers to transform concepts into engaging interactive experiences.
Optimize performance for various platforms (desktop, mobile, WebGL, VR/AR).
Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and tools where needed.
Debug, profile, and maintain clean, scalable code.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and QA testing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity features, game development trends, and best practices.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with Unity Engine and C# (experience with game development is a plus).
Strong understanding of OOP principles, game architecture, and performance optimization.
Experience with UI systems (UGUI or UI Toolkit), physics, animation, and asset integration.
Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Plastic SCM, etc. ).
Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment and communicate effectively with non-technical teams.
A creative mindset, problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Prioritise writing clean and maintainable code that follows best practices and industry standards
Perform daily Code Reviews to colleagues
Outline solutions with technical implementation proposals
Debug and fix bugs in existing web applications
Involved in configuration and monitoring of the infrastructure
Collaborate with the team and attend meetings
