IT ServiceNow - Automation Test expert

Salary: 12. 500 - 17. 500 RON net per month

• Job Location: Romania, remote.
• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years in ServiceNow with at least one year in Automation Tests.
• Language: English (must have), French (optional)
• Required Skills
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow (preferred certifications: ). => Must Have
• Experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test => Must Have
• Scripting experience: JavaScript, Python => Must Have
• Familiarity with complementary automation tools: => Nice to Have
• Knowledge of CI/CD environments (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc. ). => Nice to Have
• Understanding of ITIL best practices and ITSM/ITOM processes. => Nice to Have
• Soft Skills
• Ability to write clear test plans and defect reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and team-oriented.
• Technical English (ServiceNow documentation is in English).
• Certifications (Preferred)
• - CAD, CAT, or equivalent

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement test automation strategies for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM)
• Develop and maintain automation scripts.
• Collaborate with Run team, and business teams to integrate automation tests.
• Optimize test processes to reduce delivery times and improve deployment quality.
• Train and support technical and functional teams on automation best practices.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test frameworks and QA methodologies.
