Our client is a German automotive supplier. The groups products include transmission, engine & brake components, which are installed at customers such as VW, Audi, Continental and BMW. Worldwide the group has over 400 employees.
Your primary job task involves processing employee payroll, preparing necessary data for payroll processing and monthly salary reports, and organizing official trips. You participate in developing internal procedures for employee education, onboarding, and development. You will be responsible for creating and updating documentation related to labor relations. Additionally, you will participate in personnel administration, including registering and deregistering employees with the Tax Administration.
Your profile and qualifications:
- We are looking for a motivated colleague to join our HR team with a minimum of 1 year of work experience and a degree from a social or economic field, who is ready for personal development in a dynamic and rapidly growing company.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken, minimum B2 level) is essential
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office).
- We expect teamwork, proactivity, motivation, responsibility, and precision in your work.
