- Business Stakeholder Satisfaction: Build strong, trust‑based relationships with Business Process Owners, Analysts, and key users by providing proactive communication, reliable support, and continuous improvement ideas.
- Strengthen SAP Expertise: Actively grow and maintain SAP functional and technical knowledge by leveraging SAP Learning Hub and other relevant training platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Collaboration: Contributes actively to the team by collaborating with analysts across SAP domains and IT hubs, ensuring effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Work Planning & Prioritisation: Executes assigned tasks in line with prioritisation plans, delivering operational support and project activities on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Business Relationships: Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, and key users within the Business Unit to ensure IT services meet business needs.
PROFILE:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent, with (3-5 years of experience / Medior) and (Senior / 5-8 years of experience) in SAP functional domains (MM/HR/FI CO). We are looking for both Medior and Senior candidate profiles on all of the specializations.
- Demonstrated success in performing similar ERP functional type roles within large and complex organizations.
