The L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Social Brand Manager will be part of the Marketing team, with matrix to the Digital team (A&I Manager) and will closely work with Corporate Advocacy, Corporate Affairs & Engagement, LDB Medical, Marketing, Commercial & Training departments.
The LDB Social Brand Manager will lead and monitor external agencies: A&I agency and the Community Management agency;

THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU
BRAND EQUITY
From DMI vision, strategize the Brand Social Strategy O+O (media and A&I): Paid, Owned, Earned, Always ON.
In collaboration with the Marketing team, assist with the creation and presentation of Social Media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer social media analytics; Provide intermediate results to further implement learnings;

CONSUMERS’ MANAGEMENT

- day communication with LDB consumers. Monitor their activity in the social media community management software, ensure KPIs reach (reply rate, avg. response time, engagement, correct case categorization).
- time marketing content, based on social media listening, flagging opportunities and formulating plans with internal and external stakeholders. Create solutions to be top of mind in LDB categories and create overview reports to fuel insight development.
A&I STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
